Who runs Axisa Academy?

Axisa Academy is the brainchild of Mr Akash (Popularly called Akash Bhaiya) and is managed by Mr D K Goswami.

Who are the faculty at Axisa Academy?

Mr Akash is the only faculty at Axisa Academy.

Teaching since when?

Teaching since January, 1995.

What is medium of instruction and conversation?

Hindi mixed with English.

Do weak students get personal attention?

No.

Weak students are advised to take home tuition.

How many students are there in a batch?

Maximum 30.

How are home work sheets corrected?

Homework sheets are corrected by Assistant teachers.

What about reference material and books?

Whatever reference material suggested by the school. We provide printed notes and assignments.

Do you make extra provision for introvert students?

No extra efforts, only guidance is provided.

Is there a common syllabus followed for all the students or different syllabus are followed for different schools?

Syllabus is provided by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which remains same for a session for all CBSE accredited schools.

What are Mock Tests?

Mock tests are a rehearsal for the actual exams. Mock tests at Axisa Academy are conducted in a situation similar to that in a school exam. Our unique approach to Mock Tests is MSD : Marking Scheme Discussions. Students evaluate their answers strictly as per the Marking Scheme. This helps students to realise the mistakes or unpreparedness during the tests and they can correct themselves in time.

Do you coach for talent search exams such as NTSE, NSTSE, Maths Olympiad ?

We do not have dedicated batches for such courses but students preparing for these exams can ask for doubt classes.
On-campus (Physical) doubt classes are arranged on Saturdays and Sundays.
Live Online doubt classes are arranged daily at 10:30 pm.

How do parents receive information about their ward?

If e-mail is registered with us, parents will receive e-mail alert and absentee’s parents will receive SMS alert if mobile number is registered with us. Further, you may call the branch co-coordinator for one-on-one talk.

What about ‘Doubt Class’, how are they arranged?

Generally, students’ doubts are cleared in the classroom. Still, a student may ask for time.

Yes, we arrange for a Cab facility (Pick & Drop).

Success rate of performance in academics and IIT in previous years?

No success in IIT, but highly successful in academics.

Why is Axisa Academy ‘a supplement to school’?

Axisa Academy helps students in the process of learning some specific subjects.
Only schools can provide holistic environment for overall development.
So, at it's best, Axisa Academy can be ‘a supplement to school’.

Why the name ‘Axisa Academy’?

Axisa stands for Axis of Academics.

What does the Axisa Academy logo stand for?

The logo of Axisa Academy consists of two “A’s”. The smaller ‘A’ indicates entry into the Axisa Academy system, the larger ‘A’ indicates exit from Axisa Academy. The bar represents progress and the two different sized black dot represent transformation and improvement in the academics of pupil.

What would you recommend – Axisa Academy, fiitjee, Aakash Institute or any other institute?

Students are strongly recommended to join either Axisa Academy or other institution but not both.
